We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Project Manager to lead our project operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating estimates that encompass the costs of materials and labor, as well as calculating profit margins. Additionally, the successful candidate will be proficient in city planning processes, pulling permits, liaising with city inspectors, property managers, and property supervisors. It is essential that the Sales Project Manager can efficiently manage relationships with various vendors, negotiate prices, and order materials as needed.

Requirements:
Proven experience in creating accurate estimates, cost analysis, and profit margin calculations.
Strong understanding of city planning procedures, permit acquisition, and an ability to communicate with city officials and property management professionals.
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to cultivate strong vendor relationships.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Compensation:
Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year (commensurate with experience and qualifications).
Additional bonuses or incentives may be provided based on project performance and results.
